There are so many roofing companies in our area to choose from and many of them are horrible! After dealing with Smith Roofing, I can confidently say you should look no further for your roofing needs. As a company, they were responsive, used the best materials and practiced great communication throughout the whole process -- and my roof looks great! A special shout out to Les Foster. He was referred to me by friends when I needed a second opinion on hurricane damage. Les made the whole process painless and knows exactly how to approach insurance companies. The process can be difficult for lay persons to navigate, but Les speaks their language. Before, during and after the installation, Les's communication was immaculate. He explained everything from the materials being used to the order of operations, came onsite during teardown and install (which took one day!) and followed up after completion. The crew did their best to clean up the site after tear down and installation and supervisors were on the job checking out the progress and quality of work (which is everything!). They were in and out like ninjas.
